Perry Named MASCAC Coach of the Year

WESTFIELD, Mass -- On Wednesday afternoon, Buccaneers men's soccer head coach Greg Perry was named the MASCAC BSN Sports Coach of the Year.

In 33 years at Maritime, 2025 was the best for Coach Perry. He led his Buccaneers to an 11-win season, their highest win total since 1989 and the most since Perry took over in 1993, though he did post two 10-win seasons previously.

With an 11-5-3 overall record and a 5-1-2 conference record, the Buccaneers secured the number two seed in the MASCAC Playoffs. After receiving a bye in the first round, Perry's Buccaneers beat Westfield State in the semifinals of the tournament and went on to appear in their fist conference championship game in program history. The Buccaneers also posted their best-ever home record at 7-0-1.

This is Coach Perry's first MASCAC Coach of the Year selection.
