WESTFIELD, Mass -- The MASCAC announced their weekly awards Tuesday morning and on the Women's Soccer awards Buccaneers freshman forward Karah Deveau was selected as the conference's Rookie of the Week.

Deveau scored the first of two goals for the Buccaneers in a 2-1 conference win over Fitchburg State over the weekend. The goal in the 26th minutes marked her team-leading fourth goal of the season for Maritime.
