PLYMOUTH, Mass -- Following their second consecutive victory at the McGill Cup in Canada last weekend, the Buccaneers followed that up with their second consecutive victory of the season by winning the Great Herring Pond Open. 

Out of 13 teams in the field, the Buccaneers won four of the 14 races over the weekend, accumulating 47 points and winning their home regatta. Maritime outpaced Brown University by seven points, and URI finished third overall with 75 points.
