WENHAM, Mass -- Women's Cross Country opened its season on Saturday at Gordon College's Pop Crowell Invitational. With 294 points, the Bucs finished 11th, eight points ahead of Fitchburg State and a point behind Regis for 10th.

Grace Condinho finished in 66th place to lead all Buccaneers with a time of 28:34.34. Lorelei Lee came in 74th at 29:09.76 with Abigail Doherty on her tail in 77th at 29:36.88. The fourth through eighth placed finishers for Maritime came in 91st, 92nd, 93rd, 94th, and 95th overall.

The Buccaneers host the Travis J. Fuller Invitational on Saturday, September 20th, beginning at 9:30 am.
