WORCESTER, Mass -- Women's lacrosse took on Worcester State on the road on Thursday evening in a makeup game from two weeks ago. The Bucs scored two goals in the fourth quarter and fell to the Lancers 16-2.

Maritime

  • Lindsy Durgin scored both Buccaneer goals. 
  • Durgin, Grace Condinho, and Karah Deveau picked up three ground balls.

  • Hannah Erickson scored five goals to lead all players. Abigail Vincent and Meghan Bowen scored three times, and five other Lancers scored one.
  • Ashley Hurley recorded four assists in the win, and Kerry Brown and Abbie Wing added three helpers. 
  • McKayla Fisher led all players with four ground balls and won five draw controls.
  • Defensively, Ava Gesner caused three turnovers.
  • In total, Worcester picked up 22 ground balls, succeeded on all seven of their clearances, won 16 draw controls, and took 26 shots in the game.
